This car is a one owner vehicle with no accidents or issues. No rust at all, garage kept throughout. Runs great, and has a few modifications that make it stand out. This is a Sport model, which in 2006 was the higher tier with the 6 speed and limited slip differential. In 2007 they changed that to the Touring model. There are a few small issues from owning and driving it for 11 y ears, those are a small rip in the drivers seat on the bolster, top strap that aids in folding (but has no structural role, almost all 06-08 models have this issues) being torn, and a few small dings and scratches as pictured. The airbag light is on likely due to a bad sensor, have not tried troubleshooting that but it is also a common issue with these cars. The car recently received a newer 2012 engine and transmission, engine had 25k miles and was taken out of a car that was upgraded to a 2.5l, and the transmission is a 2012+ and professionally installed. Both of these are stronger than the 2006 counterparts (forged rods, upgraded shift forks/transmission). A new exedy clutch was also installed along with a fidanza flywheel during the transmission swap. The transmission/engine/clutch were done 1,000 miles ago. Modifications are a suspension, solid end links for the swaybars (eibach), RX8 front hubs, Singular hood vents, DG motorsports front splitter and rear spoiler. The modifications in the engine bay are a cold air intake, goodwin racing mid-pipe. It has a conservative tune on it to get a few more HP but keep it reliable. It runs great with no issues, recently aligned. The front brakes are new with just a few thousand miles on them, calipers are new as well. The vehicle can be shipped for approximately $600 east of the mississippi, however please make arrangments to see the car first. Car is sold as is, and while it has been great throughout it isn't 100% perfect as described above. Have a look through the pictures for the dings and scratches, they are quite minor. For the price it is a wonderful car and should give years of problem free ownership to the new owner. Vehicle must paid for within 7 days, picked up within 10 days.
