The undercarriage is very clean and dry on this Park Ave. The only imperfections to mention for the most part are the marks on the rear bumper, and the small mark on the front bumper. The factory chrome wheels are only showing a slight amount of corrosion and are wrapped in General Altimax RT tires showing about 80-90% tread remaining! Interior: The interior is in nearly new condition. The seats, carpets, dashboard, and headliner are all pristine. There are absolutely no pet/smoke smells, burns, marks, etc anywhere inside. The driver side front and rear glass have some slight vertical scratching. All of the electronic equipment is functioning as it should, and there are no warning lights on the dashboard. Mechanically: This Park Ave Ultra runs and drives absolutely like brand new! I have personally driven it over 250 miles and it's absolutely incredible!
