Vehicle Detail

You're bidding on a true 1967 Fastback S-Code Mustang. I bought this over 18 months ago with the intention of restoring it. She has sat in storage as I've not had the time to work on her. Previous owner had started the restoration (including media blasting the outside body and repairing the floors). Previous owner was going to turn her into a GTA. Obviously this is a project car requiring complete restoration, but is a solid base. There are a few areas on the body that will need addressing including battery tray, lower driver side door, rear tail lights section, and passenger side trunk drop. Car comes with new sheet metal. Car has manual drum brakes installed but do not work at present. Almost all components are with the car including glass, interior fiberglass, etc. Windshield has a crack so will need replacing. Previous owner installed a rebuilt 390 FE engine and rebuilt C-6 automatic transmission that have been placed into the car but not mated. Original rear end has not been addressed. Vehicle comes with two front seats but no rear seat, however much of the hardware is still there. Vehicle also comes with lots of new parts including but not limited to hood turn signals, bumpers, lower front & rear valance, etc. Car also has period correct parts. I cannot guarantee the car is complete, but should be considered fairly close. Vehicle has no warrantee as it is being sold As Is. Winning bidder is responsible for pick up, I can help with loading if necessary. Note vehicle is inoperable at the moment. Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to discontinue the auction at any time. Winning bidder shall pay $1,000 deposit within 48 hours or vehicle goes back up for sale. Feel free to ask any questions. Good Luck!On Sep-12-17 at 16:46:03 PDT, seller added the following information: Just added a few pics of engine and transmission. The first 2 added pics are before they were placed into the car. The remaining added pics are as they currently sit within the vehicle.
