My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 80+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Lincoln Aviator AWD with just 140k miles. The Lincoln Aviator is the little brother to the Navigator. It shared it's body with the Ford Explorer, but is upgraded in every imaginable way. I would rate the exterior of this Aviator to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking SUV. She is finished in Vivid Red over Light Parchment. The finish shines nicely for it's age and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Lincoln, the RR fender trim is showing a little fading from age and there are a few rub marks on the bumpers...not bad for it's age. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in nice rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Aviator to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show a few marks from age but are acceptable and not excessively worn. The same could be said for the seats. They show a little age but are comfortable and acceptable. Both front seats are power operated, heated and cooled. The dash and headliner are clean. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. There is also rear heating and air conditioning. This Aviator also has a flip down TV / DVD player for rear passenger entertainment. Access to the 3rd row is easy and accommodating. The cargo area is spacious and clean. The 3rd row easily folds flat when not in use. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Aviator appears to be in good running and driving condition. The all aluminum 4.6L 32V V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. She hits the road nice and straight. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. The AWD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a very well optioned AWD SUV with a 3rd row that hasn't been all used up, this Lincoln Aviator deserves your careful consideration.
