My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2004 BMW 525i with the desirable 6 speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this 525i to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in Amethyst Gray over Black, which looks good. The gray finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this BMW. All of the trim and body moldings are present and show well. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in nice rubber with good tread all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this BMW looks. I would also rate the interior of this 525i to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The leather seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear. The only thing I found that didn't work are the rear power door locks and trunk opener. The power windows, mirrors, seats, sunroof and front door locks work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this 525i appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels nice and tight. Steering and braking feel good. I actually bought this car about a year and a half ago. I drove it around for a little while and sold it to a long time customer and friend. He's had it for the past year and has decided to upgrade, so it is back. It has a September, 2017 PA safety and emissions inspection...which I had done not long before I sold it. I checked the title and the gentleman I sold it to only put 3,000 miles on it...so I don't see any reason it wouldn't pass this year. This 525i is an absolute pleasure to drive. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the very desirable six speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. I'd drive this BMW anywhere without a second thought. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
