Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed

Hello, I bought this bike to race Hare Scrambles at the Mid Ohio Vintage Bike Meet this year and it rode great. I don't think I'll be racing vintage any more in the hare scrambles so thought I would sell the bike. It also doubled as a great "getting around" bike while I was there. Starts right up and runs great. Lights do not work but I wasn't worried about them for my use. Spokes, rims are nice, bike must have been cared for because it's not "crusty" at all. Some dents and knee wear on generously sized tank. I bought it being in good shape but needing a little TLC so I did the following to make it reliable and safe: New tubes/tires Rebuilt the front forks Clean, adjust the brakes (plenty of shoe left) Air filter Oil change Wheel bearings front and rear Cleaned and re-greased the steering stem bearings Chain, sprockets (NOS part for the rear) Cleaned the carb, parts were good Installed taller rear shocks Good old bike, probably be the only one on your block to have one!
