Vehicle Detail

OK let's start with the main thing here. Yes, when you buy this vehicle you not only get the vehicle but the cell phone clip for the windshield and an awesome jack with all the attachments and adapters. WOW -- those are 2 awesome things that I bought recently for the vehicle that you get for ABSOLUTELY FREE when you buy this vehicle. Wow. Is that a good deal for you or what? My loss your gain! Another amazing feature is the CD Player. Oh yeah it is a CD Player. No 8-track tape deck here my friend. This is a good thing. You can listen to music on this CD Player. Or audio books if that is your thing. A CD PLAYER WOW!!!!!! The breaks are in amazing shape. I just paid to have the breaks and roters and everything completely replaced. That was a bad choice on my part considering I am now about to sell the vehicle. My loss, your gain. I just thought that was for safety and the breaks were going bad and therefore I had EVERYTHING replaced. Huge waste of money for me since I am now about to sell this vehicle at no reserve. You are welcome. The breaks are very very good on this vehicle. OK so now -- down to the details and nitty gritty of this vehicle. Please read everything carefully and consider all details when you are placing your bids. When you come to buy the vehicle you will find that I did not withhold information and I will want you to pay me the amount that you said you'd pay me in cash. Yes, there are some issues with this vehicle which I outline in the next paragraph. So place a bid that you'll be willing to pay for this vehicle when you consider all details. I don't have time to show the car to a dozen people and/or let everybody and their mother test drive this vehicle. I want you to place your bid that you are willing to pay. Show up to the Granite Run Mall in Media or an autotags place in Media (it is near where I live). I'll allow you to test drive it a bit if you so choose. And then pay the amount that you said you'd pay and we both walk away happy. So the first thing you'll notice about this vehicle is it is pretty loud. If you look up the reviews on kbb or edmonds you'll find that yes it is just a loud vehicle plain and simple. Secondly, however, this particular car possibly has a damaged muffler and/or exhaust. You'll want to take it to a muffler shop such as to Julio's down town for a low cost repair. If you try to get that repaired at the dealer or at a chain mechanic they'll charge and arm and a leg. The power steering is also very tight at low speeds. There is a leak in the high pressure hose. That repair is about 200 dollars. There may or may not be more problems with the power steering. I honestly do not know. I can tell you the high pressure hose was damaged when I got the vehicle... I can see where the high pressure hose is leaking. As far as if you'll have to do more work on the power steering or not I really don't know... I would guess it is just the hose... but I am not a mechanic and that is simply my own optimistic option. I wish I could give you more information on the power steering but I cannot -- sorry and please place a bid based on the details I gave you about the exhaust and power steering. Also take into account what I am about to say in the next paragraph as well. OK so the million dollar question is will it pass inspection. At this point I'd have to guess no. Again I am not a mechanic but my guess is that you'd have to repair the exhaust/muffler and the power steering first. Who knows what else? Probably the tires. The tires look like they are in decent shape to me but they don't look great and the tread might be wearing. What else would you need in order to pass inspection? I honestly don't know. Above I told you what I can tell you and now to know what I know to please purchase at your own risk. When I sell this vehicle to you it will come with absolutely no warranty or buy back options. Place a reasonable bid that you yourself can live with. The license plates and title are South Dakota. That is great for a number of reasons. First of all I can sell you this car easily with no notary or autotags places involved because the South Dakota title simply requires that I, the owner of the vehicle, sign it and give it to you. I will, however, retain the license plates autotags... you'll have to get your own. If you give me the amount that you bid in cash I will sign over the title and give it to you. That is how I was driving it without passing inspection also... South Dakota does not have a car inspection required in order to title or license the vehicle. If I were to stay in Pennsylvania I'd have to change over the title and pass inspection to get the autotags. I am, however, leaving Pennsylvania and I do not plan to bring this vehicle with me. I have a different car that I will be taking across the country. Maybe this vehicle will go for the full KBB value. That would be great and you would have gotten a good car with no non-sense trying to waste a bunch of time trying to barter with people. On the other hand, maybe it will go for a measly $100 dollars or even less. So be it. I am committed to the no reserve pricing model where I disclose all details. I would be happy to sell this car at a low price to somebody who shows up and pays me what they promised they'd pay me. Either way, put down a bid that you yourself can live with and we will both walk away from this thing happy. It is a decent point A to point B car that I have been using to get to and from work for several months now. And hey, you get a cool windshield cellphone clip and a really nice jack! Thanks for taking the time to read this BEFORE placing your bid. I look forward to meeting you in person and making this a very straightforward and easy sale in which we both walk away happy!
