I am the second owner on this Saab and I have loved her and I have driven her with joy from 6k miles until now (just bought a Subaru Outback for more off road fun) and am selling her to make some room in my warehouse for a new project. She is a little tired now and needs some TLC though and a good home and therefore the lower price. There are many small things that need attention but overall she is mechanically sound and drives beautifully and the body is straight and rust free. And if you know anything about the Viggen line of Saab 9-3's you know they are special, she is one of about 700 for this model year and screams on the road. And they are built to drive, and drive she does. Ok, the good the bad and the ugly. She is solid and has two new front tires (Z speed class P-Zero Pirellis). The ugly I will do in list form: • Small scratch on hood • Needs new bumper (see front photo) • Burns about a quart of oil per tank of gas • Will need a new clutch at some point soon (orig clutch in there still) • Will need a new a/c compressor at some point soon. • Convertible top has 3 small wear tears and needs some help going down and up, motors work, the tonneau cover just stops short and needs to be held out of the way. • Small trim on driver's window needs replacing. • Trunk carpet could use replacing • Front seat leather is thrashed and could use seat covers or re-upholstering • Stereo could use replacing • Key fobs and alarm could use some work • Trunk auto opening doesn't work, must use key • Brake light warning on SID comes on, think the 3rd light is out (left and rt work) • Could use a good detailing on the interior, been in my warehouse for a few months sitting and smells a little musty. Ok, that is about the sum of it. You get can get an amazing driving machine for a lot less if you are willing to do a little work on her. Drop me a message if you need more info or have any questions.
