My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. On occasion, I get bored and go out and buy something out of my usual form. This is one of those occasions. I drive it around for a bit, have some fun and then cut it loose. As per my usual disclaimer, I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. I would rate the exterior of this 2006 Maserati Quattroporte Executive GT to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this Quattroporte, the worst I can say about the exterior is that there are a few light scuffs on the corner of the front bumper cover. You probably won't be able to see them in the pictures, but they are there. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the chrome and trimwork show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in nice rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. PPI is welcome for serious / qualified buyers. I would rate the interior of this Quattroporte to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. A full set of factory floor mats are included. The dash and headliner are clean. As you can see, the headliner is a little loose at the back. The power windows, locks, seats mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The rear sunshade raises and lowers smoothly. The wood veneers show well and give the interior a rich, warm feel. The audio system is original and sounds great through the factory speakers. The climate control system is fully automatic and works beautifully. The heater works perfectly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean. Pride in ownership shows throughout this low mileage Maserati. Again, PPI is welcome to verify the accuracy of my description. Mechanically, this Quattroporte runs like a champ. The 394hp 4.2L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I haven't noticed any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my time with this Quattroporte. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. She hits the road straight as an arrow. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. With a top speed of 171mph, this Maserati loves the open road and cruises at triple digit speeds without breaking a sweat. I've enjoyed driving this Quattroporte. At first, I didn't like the color...but I have to admit that it really, really grew on me. She gets a lot more looks than I expected and is a pleasure to drive.
