Vehicle Detail
I'm testing the waters on my 1973 Ford Bronco. The truck is in good shape. Not perfect but it's the year you want. Pre Smog (California) but with the better axles than the 60's models. Dana 44 up front and a 9 inch out back. It has been modified to make as it a pretty capable off-road machine. The photos are of the truck in it's daily condition, meaning I did not wash the truck (intentionally) or pretty it up here and there to make it look better than it is. The truck has been in California it's whole life, not a super rust bucket that has been transplanted. It even still has the Cali only (so I'm told) charcoal / evap canister behind the drivers seat. The truck recently had it's engine replace with a Blueprint engines 302 - Engine has a 30,000 mile 36 month warranty. Find another 73 bronco with an engine warranty... Engine make around 100hp more than stock. It is also running Holley's new Sniper EFI system. Truck runs great. It has less than 100 miles on the new engine and setup. The truck also has a the NP435 4 speed transmission swap and a twin stick transfer case setup. Over $15,000 in the drive-line alone. Runs good and doesn't overheat. 188 is the highest I've seen and that was when it was 101 outside. The truck has a lot of modifications done over the years. It's been lifted with a Wild Horses lift kit and has newer Falken 35x12x15 all terrain tires. New:Blueprint engines 302 with 30 Month, 50,000 WarrantyHolley Sniper EFI with Fuel system. (Classic Gold) Holley Fuel pump and lines. Weiand Street warrior intakeMSD duel sync. Distributor. (EFI controls timing) MSD high vibration coilPlugs and WiresWild Horses Power Steering pump and lines All hoses.High Volume water pumpTuff Stuff High output alternator. All brackets, oil pan and valve covers were powdercoated gloss black.New Clutch and FlywheelNew DriveshaftChampion 3 row (thick) aluminium radiator Cooling Fan and new Tom's metal Shroud. New wiper arms and blades. New Center steel counsel that is not installedNew Hood Pins Hood Strut conversion. No prop needed. Car CoverAll recent work has been done by World Famous 4x4 in Burbank. I have a ton of receipts. Other Mods that are not brand new but are in great shape: Front Disc brake conversion.Wild Horses suspension liftNP435 4 speed transmission swap. 6.XX:1 first gear. Wild Horses twin stick transfer case shifters. Wild horses 23 fuel gallon tankAll bushings are poly, including body mounts. Wiring harness is new - every wire is labled(I believe it's from painless)American Racing wheels. Billet quick release door hinges, yes you can take the doors off like a Jeep. Windshield also folds flat. Warn Locking Hubs.New Driveshaft.Rear has a locker of some sort. Fender flaresFront and rear bumpersCool old school autometer tach. Rear seat is a trick tuck and tumble seat, so you can actually use the bed for stuff. The bad(ish) (I'm honest)The truck was painted back in 2009 and there is some bubbling along both side so the bed and on the windshield frame. Both are easy fixes. No top, bikini only. Has the typical rear fender cut. Also has the typical rocker panel cut. Needs rocksliders to complete the look. Front gas tank is gone. I was going to put an onboard air compressor and have the air fitting there. Heater is gone. All switches are still there. Some of the factory gauges have been bypassed during the EFI swap. Modern stereo with Iphone connection. Door speakers work but need replaced. Front seats are getting pretty worn. couple of goofy stickers from previous owner. The truck was a ranger model (I think) that had molding along the sides, the previous owner had them shaved and all the holes filed, I think this is why it's bubbling on the sides. The top of the bed was also shaved smooth, hens no top. If you want to add a top you are going to have to drill holes. No big deal, I just haven't done it yet.I'm not in any hurry to sell the truck, I have a ton of money into it. If you're looking at this truck, you know what they sell for. I've seen them sell for $10,000 rust buckets all the way to $200,000 beauties. I don't need to sell it but I'm building a house and it shooooould go... Please do not hit me with a crazy low ball offer. Any questions feel free to ask. I can add 3 more photos to the listing, if there is a specific thing you want to see. Let me know and I'll add it. Buy is 100% responsible for shipping or pickup of the vehicle. Truck can drive across the country today if one were brave enough. Thank You if you took the time to read all of this. Lowered buy it now price to 18,000. Yes it has no top and yes the fenders have been cut, so I have adjusted the price accordingly. Still a great truck. I'd like to get it sold this weekend. Feel free to hit me up with a REAL offer. - Dustin
