Folks this here is a genuine patina 1978 International scout II. It comes complete with a mountain of reciepts and new parts. I found this thing in a ditch and resurected it from the grave then drove it to Dallas. I put the guys on road kill to shame. The condition of the car is like all patina cars, extremely functional but not very pretty. What is important about this car is the amount of character it holds. This car came all the way from a hole in the the mountainous wildlands of Colorado to the urban jungle of Dallas Texas. This is a true do-everything outdoorsman vehicle. There are no bells and whistles. Manual 4 speed with a high and low range 4x4, transfer case also has option for 2H. Clean title, and a big bad V8, vroom vroom! Brand new carberator, fuel pump, fuel filter, oil sender, new oil pan gasket, brand new tires, floor boards, 1" shackle lift for brodozing and much much more. This has the rallye wheels on it which are pretty desirable. There is no rust on the frame and the rust that was on the body has been cut out and replaced with fresh metal panels (the front floors and rear floor). The truck runs like a top and is ready for adventure! Things that have been done:1" shackle lift with new frame and leaf spring bushings. New 31" tires, all wheels balanced. Top end rebuild with all new gaskets. Head checked for cracks or warping. Oil pan gasket replaced and inner and outer surface were cleaned throughly.Coolant system cleaned/flushed and new fluid put in. New thermostat.Oil and filter change. New front floors and rear floor pan. Gas tank drained, cleaned, & fuel sender replaced. Fuel filters replaced before and after mechanical fuel pump for extra filtration. Mechanical fuel pump replaced along with pump gasketPlastic fuel line replaced w/rubber hose. All bulbs for indicators replaced if not working and wiring redone.New battery.New alternator belt.Carburator replaced w/replacement of gaskets.Vacuum lines replaced in engine bay. Note: All of the trim pieces will be re-installed and center console installed (not pictured)It will come with metal for the outer rocker panels in addition to other miscellaneous parts. Clean Title in hand, will come with bill of sale in addition to any other documents that you may need for your state's titling process.
