Hello, The motorcycle I have for sale on eBay is a 1979 Triumph Bonneville 750 five speed model. The bike has a lot of good and some bad. The motorcycle has a clear title. Also good is that the engine turns over with compression, the transmission shifts through all five gears, the carbs slide are free but the cable is tight and will need replaced. The seat, fenders, engine cases and covers are all good. The engine cylinder isn't chipped or broken on or around the cooling fins. The gauges look nice but I can't say they function, I haven't started or ridden the motorcycle. The rear rack is still on the motorcycle. The clutch lever is wrong, the original is still intact and works the lights but the lever mount is broken. I have not squeezed the front brake lever or pushed the rear brake pedal. Sometimes the brakes will not release and I'm not taking that chance. The rear rim is a 16" Harley rim. If you are interested in this bike for parts or to rebuild and I missed describing anything let me know and I will tell you how that piece is. I haven't started the engine nor have I tried. I don't believe it would take much time or effort to make this a running motorcycle. Thanks for looking, I hope someone will see this bike for what it could be. No Reserve.
