For consideration is our REBUILT titled 142K mile e28 M5. This e28 has been adult driven and enjoyed for >10 years since repair. The car was displayed at 2009 Fiverfest post repair. It is currently registered and licensed as Antique in TN and is taking up our garage space . This M5 sarts, runs and pulls strong.Would make a good driver . It is not offered or priced as a collector .If you are a purist it could serve as an excellent donor. We believe the car could donor all but the missing SLS, floor mats, manuals and toolkit. Paint shines and panels are solid. Passenger floorboard rust patch repaired 2015. There are panel dings and small scratches. Spoiler has 1 inch tear .Please see the pics. Glass is good. Wheels are in good condition with what appears to be the original spare and kit. Mods are UUC short shift, Dinan rear sway, Bilsteins. Interior is tear free. Felts are intact. Leather good with some crazing consistent with age . Carpets very good. Driver’s bolster replaced. Leather dyed BMW saddle. Color can provided for matching. Cracked dash has an AccuForm cover (not glued). All Trunk trim pieces included. Seats and seat heaters operate. Original e28 radio included. Scratchy but works. Heat, air , moon roof and electrics all work. The car will immediately need CAT back exhaust and has sparse clutch life remaining. It has a small undefined hydraulic leak. Tires look good but are 10 years old. Stops,steers and accelerates smoothly. History: Car was struck passenger side. Both doors and the B pillar repaired. Panel gaps aren’t perfect . Work was done by an experienced Bavarian specialist. Grill replaced last year following a mysterious parking lot injury. (no matter how far away you park , there is always one eejit ) We have local service records since 2005 . The previous owner retained manuals and papers.
