Needs Transmission work! (used tranny, on eBay, is about $1,000) Starts right up, but won't move. Shift lever moves fine and can be put into all gears (P,N,R,etc.), but does not engage transmission. (One guy, who was bidding on it last time, said the shift levers sometime rust so badly, where they connect to transmission, they simply break off. This could actually be the problem...given how it happened) Was taken to Toyota...they said needs new transmission. (They also said there is some frame rust that will need to be addressed) Maybe you/someone can fix both. Towed it home, and parked it....6 months ago. Moving and can no longer keep it parked in condo parking lot. Must go! A few months prior to tranny issues truck got all new tires, brakes, pads, rotors, and front calipers.
