1958 FORD THUNDERBIRD Selling my 1958 Thunderbird. I have owned this beautiful classic for a few years. It is a great cruiser, very dependable and gets a lot of attention at cruise nights. It is original and unmolested. The body is great with just one re-paint of the original color. It has only a few tiny rust bubbles on the lower door sills and rear deck lid. Study the pictures: they do not lie. This "bird" is unbelievable, especially for its age. The frame, floors and trunk are original and in great condition. The original 352 V-8 engine and transmission are perfect, no smoke, no leaks, no unusual noises; shifts properly. With power steering and power brakes and power windows, it is a pleasure to drive. All chrome and trim are there, and in excellent condition. The interior was replaced recently and looks very much as it did when new. The radiator and mufflers are new, and the shocks, brakes, tires and a "Ford" in-dash AM/FM cassette radio were recently replaced. It does have factory A/C, but it is not working at this time, although everything is there--it could be a minor repair. There is also a trunk full of spare parts included with the car.
