1991 Suzuki GSF400 Bandit project or parts bike 1991 Suzuki GSF400 Bandit – baby Bandit 400cc, low seat height, light weight. Great bike for smaller or new riders. This bike has never been down, has no crash damage, only 4500 miles, completely stock, however it was stored in a garage for over 15 years. Excellent shape except for storage issues – plastics, paint, etc in great shape, minimal corrosion. I pulled it out of storage and started working on it, but I just don’t have time to get it back in to shape. It starts and runs, but has a few known issues from being stored: - Tank is rusted through. Condensation from being stored rusted the bottom of the tank and there are numerous pinholes. It will need a new tank. - Brake calipers and masters have some corrosion and need to be cleaned/rebuilt - Carburetors need to be cleaned. I drained/flushed the carbs and it starts and runs but it bogs on throttle. - Fork seals are leaking and need to be replaced. I have new seals for it. This would make a good project or a good source of parts if you have a Bandit 400 that is getting beat up and needs a refresh. Sold AS IS.
