1974 VW Thing Found in a warehouse and stored since 1979. In 1979, unfortunately this VW Thing was in what is now to be considered a minor collision. She was hit in the front left corner and crossbeam. So the owner's placed it in storage. I found her. She is a solid VW Thing! No Cancer! Crazy! Original Motor! Mileage 24k and change. What did I do: Left front corner repair: Side fender, Front apron, Inner left wheel well replaced. At that point I painted her all over-outside only, add a new top and drove her like crazy.
