1979 Pontiac Trans Am Anniversary Edition Under 56,000 original miles. Fully loaded T-tops, power windows, power locks, original turban wheels, 8 track player, tilt wheel, factory air conditioning, power steering, and 4 wheel disc brakes. Only 5,684 cars of this model made. We bought this car for our son to drive back and forth to high school. Our goal was to restore, but we will not get this done before he leaves for college. The car has new brakes, front and rear shocks, water pump, complete exhaust, intake gasket, front seat foam/covers, and rebuilt carburetor. Very solid car located just north of Dallas, Texas. Very solid floors, trunk, and body. One rust spot located on the bottom right front fender. Air conditioning works but does not quite get cold enough for the Texas summers. Rear defrost window works great. Car must have had a bra on the nose some point in its life due to the paint rubbing off smooth from the nose cone. All paint is original although passenger door was repainted at some point in its life. Two dents on the car: one on the driver side door and the other on the driver side rear quarter panel. Numbers matching Oldsmobile 403 v8 engine runs great however needs to have gaskets replaced. All gauges work correctly except the water temperature gauge needs to be replaced as the needle has physically fallen off. Original transmission shifts smoothly. No cracks in dash pad. Not everything on this car is perfect. It needs to be repainted as some paint is dull and cracked. This car is solid, low miles, and would be a perfect project for somebody looking to restore a 10th Anniversary Trans Am. Buyer is responsible for shipping/pick up
