Vehicle Detail
The Scout is in good condition. Runs, and no major body issues. Minor rust in some areas, worst being in the floor boards. A second tow bumper/hitch and a FULL Cab is included in the sale. (See pictures) The pick-up cab top can be taken off and replaced with the full cab when wanted, or both can be left off to have an open top. The third ad included in the pictures above shows the different ways the truck can be set up. Doors are removable by popping out the hinge pins, and the front window folds down. Brand new Good Year tires have just been put on. The 4 wheel drive works well, and has both a high and low range. The tire gate on the back can also carry a handy man jack. There is a short youtube video link to see it run in the questions below, copy and paste it in your browser. (Ebay doesn't want links in there descriptions). Please ask questions before bidding. This vehicle sold on an "AS IS" basis. No Guarantee or Warranty Is Expressed or Implied. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements. Seller will assist with local pick up only. $1000 DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE AUCTION ENDING (PayPal is acceptable for the down payment). Full payment is due within 10 days of the auction ending. THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Method of payment includes cashiers check, money order, or personal check (once cleared). On Mar-22-17 at 21:33:36 PDT, seller added the following information: A question was asked about the body damage. There are places where the old body work has cracked. I tried adding photos in the question section below. If you can't see them ask me about it and I'll send you the pictures. The paint on the roof is also starting to peal a little. The scout was restored almost 20 years ago, and the work has held up pretty well. But if you are looking for a showroom or car show vehicle, you will need to redo the work.
