You are viewing a VERY well maintained 1991 Alfa 164S Sports Sedan. I have owned the car for the past six years, and have driven it approximately 10,500 miles. This is the fourth Alfa that I am selling in the past month. I am selling my old cars only because I have purchased new vehicles to drive my twin six-year-old children in. The Good: This car has been very well maintained only by Alfa Romeo mechanics at Col-Gen Motors, and Euro-Tec Motors in New Jersey while I have owned it. New brake pads and rotors at 57,000 miles. Approximately 3,000 miles on new Pirelli 205/55 16" tires. Beautiful Alfa five-hole wheels. New Ansa dual chrome tip exhaust - sounds awesome! I had all plastic body parts removed, sanded and painted (along with the body of the car) two years ago. The car now has a gloss finish instead of the matted plastic look of a 164S. New stereo with USB input for GPS and music from cellphone. The Bad: Two weeks ago the oil gauge stopped working. In cold weather the steering rack feels tight for the first mile of driving. I want to disclose this upfront: When I purchased the car in 2011, the owner handed me a title with 155K miles listed on it and not 55K miles as he had mentioned. The owner swore that DMV mistook the mileage on the car because of the age of the car. After having had the car looked over by my mechanics, we all agreed that the car is in pristine condition and not a 155K mile car. I haven't the time, patience, or desire to straighten out the mileage with DMV.
