My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2007 BMW X3 3.0si with the rare and desirable 6 speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous vehicle. She is finished in Montego Blue Metallic over Black leather interior, which is a great color combination. The blue finish has a mile deep shine that looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, there is no noteworthy damage to report on the exterior of this beautiful BMW. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding are present and show well. The factory alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread showing all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this BMW looks. Pride in ownership shows throughout this X3. I would also rate the interior of this X3 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The black interior looks great against the bold blue exterior. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets show well throughout the interior. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and the enormous power panoramic sunroof all work properly. This X3 has factory GPS navigation, too. The audio system is original and sounds good. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It's too cold to be able to verify that the air conditioner is working properly but I can tell you that the heater works well. The cargo area is clean and surprisingly spacious for a small SUV. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this X3. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. It's hard to remember that you're driving an SUV when you drive this X3. She accelerates, turns and stops like a car. Steering and braking feel great. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The check engine light is on (code P0456 - EVAP leak detected, very small). There are no drivability issues associated with this code. She runs and drives like she should. The clutch is brand new...so no issues there. You'll have to get it through the rest of it's break-in miles. I am not able to put that many miles on one specific car because I drive every car before it is offered for sale and I have many other cars that need driven. Gear changes through the desirable six speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Our preferred payment method is Cash in Person. For those customers who plan to have their vehicle shipped or cannot make it in person within 7 days, you may also pay for your vehicle by Certified Check or Bank-To-Bank Wire Transfer. If paying by Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer, funds must clear before your vehicle is available for release. We Do Not Accept PayPal or Credit Cards...at all...period. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without prior written permission may be assessed a storage fee of $10/ day. Storage fees will be deducted first from any monies paid to Liberty Auto Exchange. Non-Paying Bidders: We take what we do very seriously and ask that potential bidders take placing their bid just as seriously. Non-Paying Bidders will be assessed a re-listing fee of $249. This fee is considered due and payable, without demand, to Liberty Auto Exchange on the 8th day from the end of the auction. Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to eBay, blocked from bidding on future auctions and may be referred to our Collection Agency for credit reporting and fee recovery. Fees and Taxes The only fee we charge is the $149 Administrative Fee that is also disclosed in the first sentence of the written description. Because we sell with NO RESERVE, we have no way to control how much (if any) money we make per vehicle.
