I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is an exceptionally nice 1995 Mercedes-Benz C220 with just 138k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this C220 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age. As you can see, this is a beautiful sedan. It is finished in a nice, dark red over tan interior, which is a gorgeous color combination. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific C220, the worst I can say is that the driver's mirror is a little loose and there are a few normal spots of corrosion along the fender bottoms...but far better than most of it's peers. All of the trim and cladding are present and look good. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a proper set of Michelin's with average tread all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The antenna mast is broken, but the motor works. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally clean this classic C-Class looks. I would also rate the interior of this C220 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The tan interior looks great against the dark red exterior. The door cards are clean and tight. The wood veneers look amazing and indicate that this Mercedes most likely spent her life in a garage. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. This Mercedes-Benz comes with two sets of floor mats (one set of matching factory rugs and one set of aftermarket all weather mats). She also comes with two keys and the original owner's books. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this C220. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seat and sunroof all work properly. The leather seats are clean, comfortable and show virtually no wear. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It's a little too cold to tell if the air conditioner is working effectively but the heater works very well. The audio system is original and also appears to be working properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally clean this C220 came in. Mechanically, this C220 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent for an older vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. Aside from an airbag light that stays on, there have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This extraordinarily clean C220 comes to us as a NEW MERCEDES TRADE. I'd challenge anyone to find a better deal on a better W202 anywhere. If you've been looking for a well cared for, carefully used W202, this 1995 C220 deserves your careful consideration.
