Clear Georgia Title in hand. I purchased this FJ40 from the original Tennessee owner several years ago for $20k and immediately took it to ACC Garage, the premier Land Cruiser restorers here in Atlanta for a complete mechanical restoration. $15,000+ later it runs as great as it looks! It cruises at 65 mph on the highway but with the short wheelbase, I don't push it beyond that. Besides going through the engine making any necessary repairs and adjustments, they powder coated some of the pieces to make it shine, see engine photos. The original owner did a nice job keeping it up and had the exterior resprayed several years ago. He garage kept it and so have I. I've kept the interior original since 3 of the 4 seat covers are in excellent condition. The dash has no cracks. The windshield was replaced by ACC and is in perfect condition. The original floor mat is in good condition with normal wear for a 35 year old vehicle. New weatherstripping around all doors was installed at this time as well. New Optima battery fires the engine right up. The Cruiser comes with factory power steering and the 32x10.50 BFG K02 tires have around 1,200 miles on them. The spare tire has 0 miles. All 5 OEM wheels were powder coated and look awesome! The only reason I'm selling is to put the funds in my growing business.
