Vehicle Detail

Best Deal on Ebay - Yes, I know that every other Shelby in perfect condition is selling for WAY more than my opening bid but my loss is your gain. I bought this car from the original owner. He is an old friend of mine (like 50 years we have been friends) He offered me his always garaged, never been in the rain pampered 2007 Shelby GT500 with 550 supercharged HP which I had the opportunity to drive on several occasions. unfortunately, he was always in the car. I find myself turning from a 62 year old grownup with 4 grandkids into a heavy footed 19 year old idiot whenever I get into the drivers seat of this car. I have only had it for a week, driven it 4 times and I can already see the tickets/lawyer bills/jail time coming my way. Just being truthful. Yeah, it burns rubber all the way down the road in 2nd gear with ease. It has the traction control system which kind of works. I think the fact that it has the original 10 year old tires (which are in great shape and show no sign of dry rot) on it may be part of the issue and if the bid hits 27.5k I will throw in a brand new set of American Muscle Mags with Nitto Z rated tires (wider than what was on the Mustang originally) for free (which cost me 2 grand). If it sells for less, I'll just sell them separately. Leather interior, loaded, Shaker 500 stereo (who listens to the stereo anyway - I listen to the Supercharger whine) just serviced at the Ford dealer and ready to go to a more sane owner!.Happy Bidding! On Feb-26-17 at 16:07:16 PST, seller added the following information: Washed car today and noticed 2 things - small ding in right front fender where it meets the bumper. Cant really tell its there unless you look at the other sides and see its slightly different. It's that small. Also, my buddy was painting his garage and there are about 4 or 5 small (really small - like pinhead small) pieces of white paint on the right front fender that I am not going to touch but will come off with 2 seconds of rubbing with fine compound. On Feb-27-17 at 11:55:08 PST, seller added the following information: Just had a gentleman look at the car. The small "ding" in the right front fender is actually a $500 to $600 repair job. He was an insurance adjuster and showed me where it made a small indentation in another spot (but the fender did not move or go out of alignment) He estimated it at $500-$600 to repair and considering he was an insurance adjuster for 25 years, would tend to believe his estimate. In any case, that's all he found other than the couple of small chips on the white paint up front which is shown in the pictures. As far as the house paint specs on the fender, he took his fingernail and took them right off!
