Vehicle Detail
This 1998 Van has many more miles and years of service to your family or business. It has been in PA for its entire life so there is surface rust on the frame. The left bottom behind the rear wheel is intact but has a bubbled and soft with rust issue which is an easy sheet metal repair if you are restoring the van (see photo). The roof and hood have clear coat and fading trouble but this to is easily fixable. The heat to a/c "blend door" just stuck to the cold side. This is a common problem for the year van and many videos show the diy fix. The van's engine runs strong, fast and pulls hard. The #3 injector drips too much diesel on a cold start as diagnosed by a Ford diesel mechanic. This is a $150 to $300 injector depending on fixing with a re-manufactured or original part plus your time to install it. All benches are cloth and present. I will add photos of each soon. I am selling the van, which was named as "Fish-stick" because it was a 'van to camp in' with the kids. Time and other needs require me to regretably sell this rare van with a great long-lasting engine. On Jan-27-17 at 12:58:41 PST, seller added the following information: ***** A bidder asked for clearer photos of the frame. I did get one onto the pictures but exceed 24. If you are bidding and want to see photos of the frame just message me. It really is not bad at all. I did the frame a disservice on saying it had surface rust. It is really not there or if present it is really small and easily just on the surface.
