Vehicle Detail
Today I have decided to put up my '97 Xr400r for sale. This is a all around great bike. To start off, it has a big bore kit installed on the engine. This kit bumps the cc's up to 440. This was professionally done by a performance motorcycle shop and have all paperwork to prove. The motorcycle has a trail tech digital speedo with build in odometer that works awesome. This bike also comes with 2 sets of plastics. The ones on the bike now are an assortment of "supermoto" style plastics that make the bike a little more aggressive and sporty. I might also mention that a polisport headlight cluster with integrated turn signals, front and back, along with the polisport tail light, that is connected to both the front and rear brakes, is also installed on the bike. NO CRACKS on any of the plastics but there is a little wear and scratches on some of the side plastics. The bike will also include what I assume is it's original plastics, which are more OEM looking. These are all great plastics with no cracks. It also comes with another head light cluster and odometer. I have all the paperwork on what maintenance that has been professionally done on the bike. My most recent shop visit I got a couple of maintenance things done including a full gasket (head and bottom) replacement with performance gaskets, valves seals replaces with valves checked, and a new cam chain along with an oil change (Less than 20 miles on bike since last visit) The bike runs great. I have never had any problems with it. Update: Started the bike this morning and the float in the carb is stuck open. Bike will still start, run and drive but leaks gas out to bottom of carb. UPDATE: After running some Seafoam threw the tank, the leak has started to slow. This may heal itself by the time the auction is over. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a simple fix (if it doesn't just fix itself) but I do not have the time right now to do it. Buyer is responsible for pickup, I will not be in charge of figuring out shipping if that is the only way you can purchase. Also, I am looking for cash only at pickup, but I will take paypal if that is your only way of paying Thank you and Happy Bidding!!!Contact: arhogs218@gmail.comNo Scammers.
