3rd Owner. Original V8 car. 55k miles. Originally purchased in East, TX and remained a TX car all its life. Have Marti Report for proof. Professional tune up just completed by local shop (Chucks Automotive). New tires (less than 500 miles on them), New GT gas cap, new carb, new wires, new plugs, new condenser & points, new cap and rotor, and choke adjusted. V8 289ci, C4 Auto, dual exhaust. This mustang is an original sports sprint edition and came with all the original options still on the car; A/C, deluxe turn signal hood, vinyl top, vinyl shifter, and chrome door runners. ALL electrical works including horn, turn signal indicators in hood, dome light, license plate light, and back up lights. Mustang has original spare tire & jack equipment, and trunk mat lining. Current state inspection and registration until 06/17. Clean and clear TX title in my name. Small tear in driver’s seat. A/C blows air but not cold; all A/C components are present. Paint is older and driver quality with nicks and chips but cleans up nice. Not visible in pictures but at the right angle you can see on the driver side rear qtr panel where there was some body filler work done; only about an 1/8 deep and softball in size. With a new paint job this stang would easily be worth north of $20k. Vinyl top has some heavy staining from tree sap and dirt it looks like. May come out with a professional detail I just never bothered. No rust issues other than a small portion under the battery tray (common on these cars). It sits in the garage (garaged since Ive owned it) and I don't drive it so time to go. I bought it earlier this year before deciding to open a business. This is not a show car mustang but very well preserved daily driver that has not been ran through the ringer; better than probably 80% of the classic mustangs you'll come across. I have over 90 photos which can be provided upon request. I have done my best to describe any and all flaws above. This is a no reserve auction so highest bid gets it.
