This 2001 Honda Civic GX CNG that does not run. It will turn over but will not start. Buy it AS IS, WHERE IS, NOT RUNNING . It will have to be towed or trailered . We bought it from New York State Dept of Transportation . It is a CNG only vehicle and the CNG tank has an expiration date of Nov. 2016. It has a clear one owner title . I can not sell it to any one in New York State unless you are a dealer because its not running and will not pass NYS inspection, anyone out side of New York can buy it. This is cheap great project car or parts car . It will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price, NO RESERVE . The buy it now price is $750 if you want to buy it now.
