Oil changed regularly every interval (currently has only 480+ miles on the oil at 90%). Tires are continental DWS with plenty of tread left on both front and rear. Brakes are good according to recent Honda service/multipoint inspection. Clear title in hand. This car was well loved and driven often into the city for work, hence it has its share of dings and bumper rash. Nevertheless, mechanically, the car is sound and drives great.
