**Your Barn Find** Up for sale is our 1985 Chevy 1500. I am the second owner of this truck, my spouse is a certified Master Mechanic and we have owned it for nearly 30 years (since 1989). This used to be our daily driver and has always been good to us! A few years ago, we parked the truck to buy a newer one with more cabin space, so this has been in our barn for nearly 10 years. It is finally time to let her go. The transmission was professionally and completely rebuilt before parking. The engine DOES NOT RUN. We believe it now has a bad cam (ran before parking). It has the stock 305ci chevy V8- All of the engine is still intact. A new owner would be able to rebuild the engine or put in a new one of your choice. Also needs a new battery, and the headliner could use some attention. On the exterior, it has some sun fading, and the trim could use a good buffing. Other than that, this truck is waiting for a new engine and a new owner.
