My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE is a 2004 BMW 525i with the desirable 6 speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this 525i to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. It is finished in dark gray over black leather. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific vehicle, the worst I can point out is that the plastic headlight lenses show some typicaly hazing from age. Other than that, you'd be hard pressed to find anything on the exterior worth complaining about. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels are wrapped in a matching set of Continentals with lower than average tread all around. You can probably get another year out of them, depending on your driving habits and your states inspection laws. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this BMW looks. I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are thick and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean, too. Throughout the interior, the wood accents look nice and give a warm feel. Both front seats are power operated. The leather seats are clean, comfortable and show almost no wear. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent settings for the driver and passenger. Everything looks to be working as it should and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats and the original owners books are included, too. Pride in ownership shows throughout this BMW 525i. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight as a drum. Steering and braking feel good, too. Chassis control is excellent and this car handles remarkably well. The engine makes good power and there have been no idiot lights on during my road test. I just had both catalytic converters replaced (which was not cheap) so you won't have to worry about that. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the Getrag six speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely zero complaints. This car is a pleasure to drive. With just 135k miles on the clock, she has plenty of service to give to her next owner. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE is a 2004 BMW 525i with the desirable 6 speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this 525i to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. It is finished in dark gray over black leather. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific vehicle, the worst I can point out is that the plastic headlight lenses show some typicaly hazing from age. Other than that, you'd be hard pressed to find anything on the exterior worth complaining about. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels are wrapped in a matching set of Continentals with lower than average tread all around. You can probably get another year out of them, depending on your driving habits and your states inspection laws. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this BMW looks.
I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are thick and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean, too. Throughout the interior, the wood accents look nice and give a warm feel. Both front seats are power operated. The leather seats are clean, comfortable and show almost no wear. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent settings for the driver and passenger. Everything looks to be working as it should and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats and the original owners books are included, too. Pride in ownership shows throughout this BMW 525i.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight as a drum. Steering and braking feel good, too. Chassis control is excellent and this car handles remarkably well. The engine makes good power and there have been no idiot lights on during my road test. I just had both catalytic converters replaced (which was not cheap) so you won't have to worry about that. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the Getrag six speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely zero complaints. This car is a pleasure to drive. With just 135k miles on the clock, she has plenty of service to give to her next owner. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.

We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
