My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered up for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta with just 23k miles. This Jetta has to be one of the best values out there. She has the desirable 2.0L engine and 5 speed manual transmission, which is a nearly indestructible combination. I've personally known a few people who have run this engine and transmission combination well past 200k miles with almost no maintanence, which makes this Jetta an incredible value. As you can see, this is a good looking VW. It is finished in silver over black, which looks great. As with any used vehicle, please don't expect it to be perfect. On this Jetta, the only bad thing I could come up with is very, very light dent on the right fender...which are very hard to see. In fact, you probably won't be able to see it in the photos. Otherwise, this Jetta shows as new. There are no rock chips on the nose and none of the typical marks on the bumpers. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The wheel covers show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Continental's with good tread all around. Please take the time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this car looks. The interior shows as new. The carpets are clean and full looking. The door cards and dash are clean. The seats are clean and comfortable. Driving this car is an absolute pleasure. The factory CD audio system works properly and sounds great. There is also an auxillary audio input. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The climate control system works properly. The air conditioner will freeze you out of the car. The trunk is cavernous, clean and includes the original Volkswagen First Aid kit. A full set of books and manuals are included. Again, please take the time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Jetta looks. Mechanically, this Jetta runs as new. The 2.0L four cylinder engine has been used by Volkswagen since the early 90's and is one of the most reliable engines I know of. Again, I've personally known a few people who have run these engines well into the 200's with no issues at all. One girl ran hers completely out of oil twice...and it never blew up. If you're looking for a ridiculouly reliable vehicle, this is it. The 2.0L engine starts right up and runs perfectly. The engine makes good power. There are no idiot lights on, no warning lights at all. The suspension feels tight as a drum. Steering and braking feel good, too. Chassis control is excellent and this car drives and handles flawlessly. The clutch engages smoothly with no slipping or chattering. Gear changes through the 5 speed manual transmission are perfect. The DSG Automatic transmission Volkswagen uses is absolutely terrible and is known for being junk...which makes the manual transmission a no-brainer. Out on the highway, she drives perfectly. I've personally put nearly 1,000 miles on this Jetta with no issues. In fact, my AVERAGE fuel economy is 30 MPG in mixed driving. If I took a long highway trip, I'm pretty sure I could crack 40 MPG. You can buy this car and realistically expect to put 200k+ miles on it with nothing but oil changes and routine services at an unbeatable price. This car is practically new and can be had for almost half off the price of a new one. If you require financing, please have your financing completely in order before bidding. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered up for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta with just 23k miles. This Jetta has to be one of the best values out there. She has the desirable 2.0L engine and 5 speed manual transmission, which is a nearly indestructible combination. I've personally known a few people who have run this engine and transmission combination well past 200k miles with almost no maintanence, which makes this Jetta an incredible value. As you can see, this is a good looking VW. It is finished in silver over black, which looks great. As with any used vehicle, please don't expect it to be perfect. On this Jetta, the only bad thing I could come up with is very, very light dent on the right fender...which are very hard to see. In fact, you probably won't be able to see it in the photos. Otherwise, this Jetta shows as new. There are no rock chips on the nose and none of the typical marks on the bumpers. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The wheel covers show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Continental's with good tread all around. Please take the time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this car looks.
The interior shows as new. The carpets are clean and full looking. The door cards and dash are clean. The seats are clean and comfortable. Driving this car is an absolute pleasure. The factory CD audio system works properly and sounds great. There is also an auxillary audio input. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The climate control system works properly. The air conditioner will freeze you out of the car. The trunk is cavernous, clean and includes the original Volkswagen First Aid kit. A full set of books and manuals are included. Again, please take the time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Jetta looks.
Mechanically, this Jetta runs as new. The 2.0L four cylinder engine has been used by Volkswagen since the early 90's and is one of the most reliable engines I know of. Again, I've personally known a few people who have run these engines well into the 200's with no issues at all. One girl ran hers completely out of oil twice...and it never blew up. If you're looking for a ridiculouly reliable vehicle, this is it. The 2.0L engine starts right up and runs perfectly. The engine makes good power. There are no idiot lights on, no warning lights at all. The suspension feels tight as a drum. Steering and braking feel good, too. Chassis control is excellent and this car drives and handles flawlessly. The clutch engages smoothly with no slipping or chattering. Gear changes through the 5 speed manual transmission are perfect. The DSG Automatic transmission Volkswagen uses is absolutely terrible and is known for being junk...which makes the manual transmission a no-brainer. Out on the highway, she drives perfectly. I've personally put nearly 1,000 miles on this Jetta with no issues. In fact, my AVERAGE fuel economy is 30 MPG in mixed driving. If I took a long highway trip, I'm pretty sure I could crack 40 MPG. You can buy this car and realistically expect to put 200k+ miles on it with nothing but oil changes and routine services at an unbeatable price. This car is practically new and can be had for almost half off the price of a new one. If you require financing, please have your financing completely in order before bidding. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
