1957 Ford Thunderbird 312 V8 automatic. Automatic, power steering, power brakes, This is the perfect project car. This car is an un restored original that he's been stored for 25 years and has had the same owner for almost 50 years. The car has all of its original components and still runs and drives but will need complete restoration.The brakes do not work and although the body is straight and it's never been hit it will need rockers forward floor sections and lower quarters replaced. Trunk pan is very nice.The chassis is straight and solid. Hinge pillar's are also very solid, doors open and close with no sag. The engine compartment has all of its factory installed components including the Yellowtop coil,original air filter assembly unique 57 generator,factory installed carburetor,original fuel pump and Tac Drive distributor. The hood and deck lid open and close and latch with nice alignment and still have original paint on them. The front fenders and aprons are also very solid. All of the stainless steel trim is in excellent condition. The hardtop also has perfect stainless trim. The car still has all of its original gages including the factory town and country radio.
