The car has been well preserved since i've owned it, always parked in a carport. I do not drive the car daily but only on weekends and special events. I have only put about 6k miles in the past 2+ years of ownership. Pros: Drivers seat was once reupholstered and remainder of interior is clean besides common crack in dash like most E30's.Paint is still in really good condition for its ageAC blows cold, heater gets hot! Reg is paid for next owner and car will be smogged the day of sale. Current Reg ends September 2016. Title in hand.Cons:Minor clear peel starting to form.Fender flares need to be repaint due to BMW making them plastic, they are faded.Motor leaks little oil. Timing belt looks fine with no cracks and pulleys make no noise but has not been changed for 3 years or so. To be safe would recommend changing the timing belt, water pump and thermostat which are included with the purchase of the vehicle. Shock mounts front and rear needs to changed and 1 shock is leaking oil. Shock mount replacements and 2 brand new bilstein shocks are included with sale.The climate control fan only works on #4 not 3, 2 or 1. Switches for windows sometimes gets stuck.Would recommend a suspension refresh with new control arms and tie rods. car comes with brand new BMW control arms and some suspension components. the plastic door card is missing.As work is getting busier and busier I unfortunately do not have time to work on the car otherwise a lot of the issues would have been addressed.
