This is an amazing wagon with more options then I have ever seen at a total of $1780 IN OPTIONS!!! You could buy a car for $1800 in 1966! Check out the original window sticker along with other documentation that this car has! It has amazing options and has a window sticker price of $5085!!! Just to give you an idea, a 1966 SS 396 chevelle was generally purchased for $3000-$3300 as the base price was $2776! Rare is an understatement for this Big block wagon! Some of the options are auto level control, (I never even heard of it! lol) PB am/fm radio with stereo speaker at a cost of $132+$105 so $237 for a radio in 1966! A/C with climate control option at $420 total with the climate control...it also has power windows, dual exhaust, 396/325hp V8 turbojet is my favorite!.... Tilt and telescopic steering wheel, power rear window, power steering and brakes, superlift rear suspension for towing and many more totaling 24 options! It was purchased new at Pape Chevrolet in Bronx NY from the original owner whom we purchased the car from 3 years ago and the car is in very good original condition. You could drive the car anywhere as it runs and drives perfectly with no issues and many new parts. I have the original window sticker, sales brochure, the original owners manual and original old pictures of the car as you can see in the pictures. The interior is in nice shape, as you can see, with a perfect original dash, nice original door panels and seats (aside from front lower which was changed), etc. Most things work but there will be a few things to play with like the a/c I have never even tried so assume it will need a charge and going through. All windows work fine. The dome light is missing the cover, the wood grain is old and could use to be redone but is presentable and some other minor cosmetics. Car is pretty solid although some common things have rusted a little but very good for a northeast car! Inside the rear door has NEVER rusted which is rare! The spare tire tub is rotted through completely (bottom of tub is gone) and drivers floor has a very small spot that could use a patch but is SOLID, lower passenger quarter is pictured where spare tire tub is located and you can see that it is rough, also small spot on drivers floor is pictured. All other floors are very clean and original. Rear carpet is original as well as the rest of the carpet and is holding up well.
