I have the legal title, the bike is registered in New York State under my name and it has passed safety. I need to point out for some people that this is not a moped. It is a 90cc motorcycle, it can go 45-50mph. Depending on your state you may need a license to drive it. It kick starts easily. I have had this bike for 8 years and rode it around NYC. I have kept it running at tip top shape. New battery, new back tire, new oil, new mirrors, new leg guard, new basket and got the muffler and back light about a year ago. I have the key to lock the front tire and the helmet lock next to the seat. The bike has both a side kick stand and a center stand. I have the owners and mechanics manual printed out. I have a new set of inter tubes, a battery charger, metric ratchet set and dampers to throw in there since I won't be needing them. Yes, the bike has scratches, but it is 36 years old.
