I received this Camaro exactly the way you are viewing it. It is immaculant, perfect condition, not a scratch, or flaw anywhere! I could not see any flood damage anywhere, so I decided to call the insurance company to find out what the flood brand was all about? From what I was told, this vehicle was brought to a shop for water in the trunk. There was a flaw in one of the moonroof drain tubes. The insurance company told me they are very hesitant to fix anything dealing with water damage. The customer was pushing for a payoff, and they decided it would be best to brand this Camaro as a Flood! Yes I know, how ridiculous, but this the world we live in and the insurance companys don't want to be liable for anything dealing with water. So in my opinion it's a win win for all that is interested. Yes it has a branded title, however this car is as good as new! The insurance company paid off $37,000 on this car, but the top bidder/next owner, will get a much better deal! My name is T.J., I'm a third generation owner of a dealership located in Michigan just south of Detroit. I purchase this SS from an insurance company, branded as a fresh water flood. I received this Camaro exactly the way you are viewing it. It is immaculant, perfect condition, not a scratch, or flaw anywhere! I could not see any flood damage anywhere, so I decided to call the insurance company to find out what the flood brand was all about? From what I was told, this vehicle was brought to a shop for water in the trunk. There was a flaw in one of the moonroof drain tubes. The insurance company told me they are very hesitant to fix anything dealing with water damage. The customer was pushing for a payoff, and they decided it would be best to brand this Camaro as a Flood! Yes I know, how ridiculous, but this the world we live in and the insurance companys don't want to be liable for anything dealing with water. So in my opinion it's a win win for all that is interested. Yes it has a branded title, however this car is as good as new! The insurance company paid off $37,000 on this car, but the top bidder/next owner, will get a much better deal!
