Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a used 1986 Jeep CJ 7 BASE. The Jeep currently does not run. Prior to disassembling the steering column the Jeep ran and drove. The body has the typical rust such as drivers side floor pan, bottom of drivers side exterior, fist size rust hole at right rear and around roll bar feet behind the seats. I removed the headlights and headlight buckets, I was in the process of building a mud bog vehicle. I started working on it and lost interest.. It has the 258 6 cylinder with manual 4 speed and power steering. It comes with a hard top and hard doors off of a newer model Jeep (I'm guessing 87 and newer). One of the side glasses in the hard top is missing. It has wagon wheel style rims (I don't think they are OEM) and Kelly tires. It has the low back front seats and the rear seat from Best Top. Frame looks good. It has tubular front and rear bumpers. This Jeep comes with a SALVAGE title. I don't know why because there are no signs of damage due to a wreck or flood. This is the way I bought it. The Jeep can be steered, but you will need a trailer or roll back to get it to your location. The Jeep would make a good rock crawler, mud bogger, beach vehicle, hunting vehicle, or parts, etc. The Jeep is being sold as-is, no warranty, no refund and no return. The Jeep is advertised locally so I have the right to pull it from auction at any time. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours after auction ends. Please ask questions regarding the Jeep prior to bidding. Local pickup only. All checks must clear bank before vehicle leave premises.
