My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is my 2001 Mercedes Benz E55 AMG. This E55 has been my daily driver for the last two months and I've personally put the last 3,000 miles on it. Within the W210 chassis production period, Mercedes Benz made a few AMG versions, not all of which were available in North America. It is my understanding that the 2001 model year E55 was the lowest production year of an already rare car, with only 659 units being produced for the 2001 model year. I have a feeling I'm going to regret selling this car. I would rate the exterior of this E55 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in classic black on black, which looks great on these cars. The black finish has a mile deep shine and looks smooth. As with any older vehicle, please don't expect it to be perfect. Please expect to find various flaws and imperfections in the finish commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific E55, there really isn't anything worth noting. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. If you look closely (like within a foot or two of the car) you can see where some typical W210 corrosion was corrected. Most people won't notice it...but I'm picky with my Merc's. All of the glass and lenses are intact. There is a hairline crack in the RR window that I noticed the other day. The staggered 18" AMG wheels are original and show well. Tires are a matching set with deep tread all around. Pride in ownership shows throughout this ONE OWNER Mercedes E55. It was a NEW MERCEDES TRADE and it shows. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. These cars are very hard to find. I would rate the exterior of this E55 AMG to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a very well kept Mercedes. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are thick and full looking throughout the interior. A factory set of E55 floor mats are included. The dash and headliner are clean. The dark wood veneers are specific to the AMG cars and looks great against the black interior. The veneers are clean and tight, which suggests that this E55 spent her life in a garage. All of the compartments open and close as they should...which is uncommon as these cars age. Even the cup holder still works. The leather seats are in excellent condition throughout the interior. Both front seats are power operated, heated and cooled. The power windows, locks, seats, sunroof and mirrors all work properly (except the LR window, which will need a new regulator). The power rear sunshade raises and lowers smoothly. The audio system is original and sounds great. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of books and manuals are included. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this E55. Mechanically, this Mercedes Benz appears to be in good running and driving condition. Like I said, I have personally put the last 3,000+ miles on this car with absolutely no issues. The AMG built V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I haven't seen any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent for an older car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. There have been no idiot lights on. The engine keeps proper temperature and makes great power. This is a quick, quick sedan. With around 350hp (actual hp numbers vary by model year and are widely disputed) on tap fed to the rear wheels through a five speed automatic transmission, this car is ready to put a whole lot of gone between you and most other cars on the highway. Zero to 60 times hover around the 5 second mark, which is impressive. I could go on and on about why I perfer Mercedes AMG cars over any other European performance marque but I won't bore you with my thoughts. Let's just say that Mercedes is all I drive, with a few rare exceptions. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This car will definitely get you into trouble if you don't watch it. She cruises best at around 90 mph...which is a great way to meet a state trooper. The only thing I've noticed that I would do to this car if I were keeping it long term would be to replace the (what I believe is a worn) rear diff mount bushing. I'm not a mechanic, but that's my best quess. You can drive the car cross country, if you want. I've put 3,000+ miles on it with no issues. Like I said, she is a one owner E55 that was sold new at Mercedes Benz of West Chester, serviced at Mercedes Benz of West Chester and is a fresh new Mercedes trade from Mercedes of West Chester. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of February, 2017. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is my 2001 Mercedes Benz E55 AMG. This E55 has been my daily driver for the last two months and I've personally put the last 3,000 miles on it. Within the W210 chassis production period, Mercedes Benz made a few AMG versions, not all of which were available in North America. It is my understanding that the 2001 model year E55 was the lowest production year of an already rare car, with only 659 units being produced for the 2001 model year. I have a feeling I'm going to regret selling this car. I would rate the exterior of this E55 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in classic black on black, which looks great on these cars. The black finish has a mile deep shine and looks smooth. As with any older vehicle, please don't expect it to be perfect. Please expect to find various flaws and imperfections in the finish commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific E55, there really isn't anything worth noting. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. If you look closely (like within a foot or two of the car) you can see where some typical W210 corrosion was corrected. Most people won't notice it...but I'm picky with my Merc's. All of the glass and lenses are intact. There is a hairline crack in the RR window that I noticed the other day. The staggered 18" AMG wheels are original and show well. Tires are a matching set with deep tread all around. Pride in ownership shows throughout this ONE OWNER Mercedes E55. It was a NEW MERCEDES TRADE and it shows. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. These cars are very hard to find.
I would rate the exterior of this E55 AMG to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a very well kept Mercedes. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are thick and full looking throughout the interior. A factory set of E55 floor mats are included. The dash and headliner are clean. The dark wood veneers are specific to the AMG cars and looks great against the black interior. The veneers are clean and tight, which suggests that this E55 spent her life in a garage. All of the compartments open and close as they should...which is uncommon as these cars age. Even the cup holder still works. The leather seats are in excellent condition throughout the interior. Both front seats are power operated, heated and cooled. The power windows, locks, seats, sunroof and mirrors all work properly (except the LR window, which will need a new regulator). The power rear sunshade raises and lowers smoothly. The audio system is original and sounds great. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of books and manuals are included. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this E55.
Mechanically, this Mercedes Benz appears to be in good running and driving condition. Like I said, I have personally put the last 3,000+ miles on this car with absolutely no issues. The AMG built V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I haven't seen any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent for an older car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. There have been no idiot lights on. The engine keeps proper temperature and makes great power. This is a quick, quick sedan. With around 350hp (actual hp numbers vary by model year and are widely disputed) on tap fed to the rear wheels through a five speed automatic transmission, this car is ready to put a whole lot of gone between you and most other cars on the highway. Zero to 60 times hover around the 5 second mark, which is impressive. I could go on and on about why I perfer Mercedes AMG cars over any other European performance marque but I won't bore you with my thoughts. Let's just say that Mercedes is all I drive, with a few rare exceptions. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This car will definitely get you into trouble if you don't watch it. She cruises best at around 90 mph...which is a great way to meet a state trooper. The only thing I've noticed that I would do to this car if I were keeping it long term would be to replace the (what I believe is a worn) rear diff mount bushing. I'm not a mechanic, but that's my best quess. You can drive the car cross country, if you want. I've put 3,000+ miles on it with no issues. Like I said, she is a one owner E55 that was sold new at Mercedes Benz of West Chester, serviced at Mercedes Benz of West Chester and is a fresh new Mercedes trade from Mercedes of West Chester. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of February, 2017. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.

We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
