1972 Chevelle Malibu. 106,342 miles. 307 CID. AC, power drum brakes, power steering. Exterior: The doors are solid and close perfectly. Doors, fenders, hood, trunk and quarter panels can all be saved. Floor boards are in incredible condition. This car DOES need to be restored, but it has lots of potential. There is 1 hole in the floor pan on the driver's side. The frame is very nice, but has 1 tear from a tow with a chain on the front and 1 hole by the battery... both easy to fix. The trunk pan has holes and will need to be replaced. The left lower quarter panel has holes and will need a quarter patch. There is 1 small hole in each of the rear wheel wells, rust around the trunk lip and the very worst is rust on the roof that has holes around both the front and rear glass. Both bumpers have rust. Interior: The dash is cracked. The driver's door pad has a bow in it. The front seat cover will need to be replaced as well as the headliner. Title: I have the title in hand, but it is not in my name... If this car is to be registered in North Carolina, I have verified with the Motor Vehicle Office that the title will need to be bonded or the previous owner can sign off on a duplicate title. If it's going out-of-state where title is not necessary, I will give a bill of sale and the title that I have. This car has been in a garage for 16 years. When I got it here I got it running and was able to yard drive it in both forward and reverse.
