Up for auction is my 1956 Studebaker Transtar running project. This truck is in great condition and ready for someone to make beautifull again. Truck was garage stored for 20 years. I started to work on the truck and was gonna do a full restore but due to life changes I can no longer keep it. Its a complete truck minus the front and rear bumpers, and a couple interior peices. In some of the pics the bed and doors are off the truck as I was preparing to work on it. The body has minor surface rust but rocker panels will need some attn. The engine is a freshly rebuilt and strong running V8 out of a 57 studabaker golden hawk with a 4 speed manual transmision. Rebuilt carburetor. New shocks front and back. Rebuilt front brakes and replaced lines to the rear brakes, motor recently tuned up with fresh plugs, oil, fuel filters, etc. Original seat was missing so it comes with a newer style bench seat. I have too many replacement parts to list that come with the truck both custom and stock. Rubber, emblems, trim, dash components, etc. Almost everything you need minus work and paint to finish this project! Buyer is responsible for pick up and delivery of Vehicle.
