1971 Volvo 145s wagon with a factory electric overdrive. 4 speed transmission shifts great, has a brand new clutch, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, and clutch cable. The electric overdrive is operated by a switch on the steering column and engages flawlessly. This Volvo has a B20 motor, which is the larger 2 liter version, runs strong and only has 140,xxx original miles. The car currently has a Weber carb and aftermarket, era correct, cannon 2 barrel performance intake manifold. The Weber could use a good cleaning as there is some hesitation upon acceleration. But also included are the original twin SU carburetors with rebuild kits and intake manifold. This Volvo has power brakes but no power steering, but it is so light in the front end it really isn't needed. New stainless steel exhaust with cherry bomb muffler and new motor mounts installed. It also comes with a bunch of spare hard to find parts. Such as chrome trim pieces, alternators, fuel pumps and tail light lenses. Could use new tires in the future as the ones currently on it have some weather checking. The car comes with an extra roof rack as well as the one currently installed. Now onto the interior the dash is perfect and crack free, the seats have been reupholstered recently and are in great condition, carpet is good, headliner has a few tears in it but is still nice. The car has had a respray at some point and was changed from a cream color to the color it is now.
