This is a low speed neighborhood vehicle which is street legal in South Carolina and other states. The car was manufactured by the Global Electric Motorcar company which at the time was a division of Chrysler. It is titled and requires a license tag to use on public streets. The car is electric with a built-in charger which can be plugged into standard household current. Batteries are new. Interior is clean with no defects. Has radio and built-in CD player with removable face plate. Trunk is lockable. Comes with canvas side curtains and propane heater for winter use. Ignition switch has been replaced. There is a crack in the left front fender (fenders are plastic). I am the original owner and used the car to commute to a teaching job, but having retired from teaching, I no longer need the vehicle. It is fun to drive and most economical. Range with new batteries on full charge is around 20 miles. Top speed is around 25 mph.
