My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Audi A4 Quattro with the desirable 1.8T engine and manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this A4 to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The only visible damage that is noteworthy on this Audi is a scrape behind the LR tire. Please expect other scratches and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The worst I can say about this A4 is that the clear coat is peeling all over the place, for some reason. It is very noticeable on the truck, over top of the doors and the tops of the fenders...but is pretty much everywhere. The paint itself shines nicely, but the clear coat issue is very noticeable. The body lines up nicely. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The optional five spoke sport alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in nice rubber. Tread is average, at best. The optional xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road at night. Please look at each of the photos and read the description in its entirity as this vehicle does have a few issues. I would rate the interior of this A4 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The tan leather interior looks great against the dark red exterior. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show a little wear, as you'd expect at this age, but are presentable. The seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear. Both front seats are heated. You have a little of the usual wear on the buttons, which is common for these cars as they age. The dash and headliner are clean. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. It looks like the previous owner had an auxillary audio input added through the cassette opening, but I cannot get the radio to turn on. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working. You'll probably need to have the a/c system charged or serviced as it doesn't seem to be blowing cold. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full sized spare is included. Again, please check out each of the photos very carefully. Mechanically, this Audi A4 seems to be in good running and driving condition. The turbocharged 1.8L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine doesn't smoke. The 1.8T is by far better than the 3.0L engine...unless you enjoy camshafts breaking and ruining your engine. Her road manners are good for an older car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and breaking feel good, too...although you may need new brake pads soon. The check engine light is on (something about the cylinder #3 ignition coil circut) but it seems to run and drive like a 1.8T should. The engine kept perfect temperature while idling for an hour at my warehouse and out on it's road test. This little A4 handles great and is a fun car to drive. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. The clutch engages smoothly and doesn't slip or chatter. Gear changes through the desirable manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Audi's legendary Quattro AWD system provides immense grip for spirited driving on dry roads as well as impressive capability in rain and snow. Being a fully mechanical AWD system, it is far more simple and far superior to competing vehicles with electronic AWD systems or FWD cars that have AWD optional as an afterthought. Audi's have a proper longitudinal engine set up and were designed to be AWD. Full disclosure...while parked at my warehouse after I purchased this car, a large block of snow fell off of my roof and blew out the back window. I cleaned it out and put a piece of plastic over the window and contacted my insurance company. After fighting for months with my insurance company, I just paid for a new back window out of my pocket. There are no foul odors in the car. I did the best job I could at vacuuming out the glass...but I'm sure some will appear here and there. I have two kids, and I know I'd appreciate knowing that before I put my kids in a car that may have a few little pieces of glass in it. Like I said, I did the best I could. I pulled out the carpet in the trunk, laid down the seats, etc... I just wanted the buyer to be aware in case they have small kids or anything. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Audi A4 Quattro with the desirable 1.8T engine and manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this A4 to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The only visible damage that is noteworthy on this Audi is a scrape behind the LR tire. Please expect other scratches and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The worst I can say about this A4 is that the clear coat is peeling all over the place, for some reason. It is very noticeable on the truck, over top of the doors and the tops of the fenders...but is pretty much everywhere. The paint itself shines nicely, but the clear coat issue is very noticeable. The body lines up nicely. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The optional five spoke sport alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in nice rubber. Tread is average, at best. The optional xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road at night. Please look at each of the photos and read the description in its entirity as this vehicle does have a few issues.
I would rate the interior of this A4 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The tan leather interior looks great against the dark red exterior. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show a little wear, as you'd expect at this age, but are presentable. The seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear. Both front seats are heated. You have a little of the usual wear on the buttons, which is common for these cars as they age. The dash and headliner are clean. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. It looks like the previous owner had an auxillary audio input added through the cassette opening, but I cannot get the radio to turn on. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working. You'll probably need to have the a/c system charged or serviced as it doesn't seem to be blowing cold. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full sized spare is included. Again, please check out each of the photos very carefully.
Mechanically, this Audi A4 seems to be in good running and driving condition. The turbocharged 1.8L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine doesn't smoke. The 1.8T is by far better than the 3.0L engine...unless you enjoy camshafts breaking and ruining your engine. Her road manners are good for an older car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and breaking feel good, too...although you may need new brake pads soon. The check engine light is on (something about the cylinder #3 ignition coil circut) but it seems to run and drive like a 1.8T should. The engine kept perfect temperature while idling for an hour at my warehouse and out on it's road test. This little A4 handles great and is a fun car to drive. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. The clutch engages smoothly and doesn't slip or chatter. Gear changes through the desirable manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Audi's legendary Quattro AWD system provides immense grip for spirited driving on dry roads as well as impressive capability in rain and snow. Being a fully mechanical AWD system, it is far more simple and far superior to competing vehicles with electronic AWD systems or FWD cars that have AWD optional as an afterthought. Audi's have a proper longitudinal engine set up and were designed to be AWD.
Full disclosure...while parked at my warehouse after I purchased this car, a large block of snow fell off of my roof and blew out the back window. I cleaned it out and put a piece of plastic over the window and contacted my insurance company. After fighting for months with my insurance company, I just paid for a new back window out of my pocket. There are no foul odors in the car. I did the best job I could at vacuuming out the glass...but I'm sure some will appear here and there. I have two kids, and I know I'd appreciate knowing that before I put my kids in a car that may have a few little pieces of glass in it. Like I said, I did the best I could. I pulled out the carpet in the trunk, laid down the seats, etc... I just wanted the buyer to be aware in case they have small kids or anything. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
