1981 VW Westfalia all original non-modified 2.0 fuel injected air-cooled engine. Original Westfalia package. Engine runs smooth and quiet, no valve noise. Runs at specified operating temps as tested by mechanic. 123,xxx original miles. Manual transmission is smooth and pulls through all gears, no slipping or grinding. Fuel pump is nice and quiet. Has original hubcaps and wheels. Brakes and tires are ok. This Westfalia is equipped with the factory gas heater and AC. Has newer stereo head unit and speakers installed throughout. New wood laminate flooring. Interior is all in tact and complete in excellent condition, no rips tears/stains etc Super clean! Has sliding blinds intact as well. The pop up top is in good condition with patches in the corners. All electrical works and functions. Propane system works. Stove tops still look brand new only turned on to test. Includes rear mosquito net. Starts right up first crank every time. Very solid driver, I would not hesitate talking this on a long road trip. I am technically the third owner but know the entire history of the vehicle. Originally the van started in North Carolina and was taken care of very well by the mechanic who owned it. The next owner was the nephew of the original owner and also took great care of the van. Myself as the third owner I have only taken excellent care of the Westfalia. The entire history is known and is evident in how well this has been taken care of. Clear title. Vehicle is located in Phoenix, AZ. Known Issues: Minor surface rust around, paint could use good buffing to make it shine again.
