My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1990 GMC Jimmy 1500 with just 121k miles. I would rate the exterior of this Jimmy to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. It is finished in classic two tone, white over red, with matching red interior. The white and red exterior finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. I don't know if the paint is original or not, but it looks good for an older truck. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood and doors all open and close easily. All of the moldings and trim are present and intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber. The tires show a little rot from age, but tread depth is good all around. Please take your time and look at each of the photos carefully. I didn't see any noteworthy rust on the body and the underside looks fine, too. There are quite a few restored or time capsule original Blazer's out there...and there are a few that are just used up and old. It's hard to find a genuine middle of the road driver like this. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Jimmy. The original owners books and the original window sticker are included. I would also rate the interior of this Jimmy to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior also shows well for its age. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. There is a spot behind the front passenger's seat that is worn more than the others. The dash shows normal cracking from age. A carpet dash overlay is included, as is a full set of OE floor mats. The headliner is clean. The seats are clean and comfortable front and back. The only thing I noticed that needs immediate attention inside are the windows and locks. The power locks don't work. The driver's window doesn't do anything, the passenger's window is super slow and the rear window runs fine but doesn't move. The radio is original. The heater works fine. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it doesn't blow cold air. My only other complaint about the interior is that the speedometer has a mind of it's own. The odometer works perfectly fine. Mechanically, this Jimmy appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 350ci V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are okay for an older truck. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering is a little floaty, but not terrible. The brakes work well. The engine keeps perfect temperature and good oil pressure at all times. The engine makes good power and feels smooth. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints...aside from the aforementioned slight wondering in the steering. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. My overall assessment of this truck is that it is a good "middle of the road" truck. There are certainly nicer ones out there that have been restored or kept in a bubble all their life. There are also ones out there that need a lot of work. This one needs a few odds and ends but I don't see anything big. Like all of my auctions, it is being offered to the highest bidder with NO RESERVE so bid to own. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1990 GMC Jimmy 1500 with just 121k miles. I would rate the exterior of this Jimmy to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. It is finished in classic two tone, white over red, with matching red interior. The white and red exterior finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. I don't know if the paint is original or not, but it looks good for an older truck. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood and doors all open and close easily. All of the moldings and trim are present and intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber. The tires show a little rot from age, but tread depth is good all around. Please take your time and look at each of the photos carefully. I didn't see any noteworthy rust on the body and the underside looks fine, too. There are quite a few restored or time capsule original Blazer's out there...and there are a few that are just used up and old. It's hard to find a genuine middle of the road driver like this. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Jimmy. The original owners books and the original window sticker are included.
I would also rate the interior of this Jimmy to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior also shows well for its age. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. There is a spot behind the front passenger's seat that is worn more than the others. The dash shows normal cracking from age. A carpet dash overlay is included, as is a full set of OE floor mats. The headliner is clean. The seats are clean and comfortable front and back. The only thing I noticed that needs immediate attention inside are the windows and locks. The power locks don't work. The driver's window doesn't do anything, the passenger's window is super slow and the rear window runs fine but doesn't move. The radio is original. The heater works fine. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it doesn't blow cold air. My only other complaint about the interior is that the speedometer has a mind of it's own. The odometer works perfectly fine.
Mechanically, this Jimmy appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 350ci V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are okay for an older truck. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering is a little floaty, but not terrible. The brakes work well. The engine keeps perfect temperature and good oil pressure at all times. The engine makes good power and feels smooth. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints...aside from the aforementioned slight wondering in the steering. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. My overall assessment of this truck is that it is a good "middle of the road" truck. There are certainly nicer ones out there that have been restored or kept in a bubble all their life. There are also ones out there that need a lot of work. This one needs a few odds and ends but I don't see anything big. Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
