Mini Chopper comes with owners manual,I won this in a raffle for the Shriner's,27 miles on odometer. Has all the features of a full size motorcycle,3 speed transmission,disc brakes,lights,flashers,both kick and electric start,starts easy on 1st 2nd kick.runs good through all the gears.Has steering head lock,key ignition.Has a license plate holder and all the running lights necessary to put on the road but I dont know if it is street legal check your local law requirements.
