This beautiful 1974 Beetle has a clear blue Texas title and a valid inspection sticker due to expire 10/16. It was finished prior to 2012 with a 1966 look. It is in driving condition but needs engine work soon (1600). I am no longer interested in keeping up with it and giving it the love it needs and deserves. When I bought it in 2012 it had beautiful garage kept conditions but that has suffered since then. Paint job is not necessary but a good waxing can restore its original luster. I know because I gave it one 2 years ago. I just have not kept up with it. Chrome pieces can also be restored the same way. The boards on the basket may be refinished or replaces. I never did these. The car has a solid rust free body thoroughly refinished prior to me owning it. It has original wheels with shiny hubcaps. These survived the outdoor conditions perhaps because they are of a better quality than the other chrome pieces. There is a small dent on the left fender. I would prefer to sell locally because I have not messed around with shipping companies. If you pay for freight I can drop it off somewhere in town with a shipping company of your choosing.
