1. The vehicle's exterior has some minor body dings and scrapes. The paint in many areas has faded. 2. The interior is worn and dirty. 3. The vehicle will need a battery. 4. There is a slight smell of burning oil. NOTE: This vehicles has been used by the Plano PD since 2008 and has been maintained by our City Shop. The vehicle developed the burning oil smell issue right as we were preparing to put it up for sale and the issue has not been addressed. There have been no oil stains under the vehicle since it was parked two months ago.
