Mini Chopper comes with owners manual,I won this in a raffle for the Shriner's,27 miles on odometer. Has all the features of a full size motorcycle,4 speed transmission,disc brakes,lights,flashers,both kick and electric start,starts easy on 1st 2nd kick.runs good through all the gears.I have not been able to start it with the electric starter.May be the battery not fully charged.Has head lock locking system,key ignition.Comes with Bill of Sale.Has never been registered or titled
